Eh, I don't believe it. He's just desperately trying to save himself, since his ratings are waaaaaaaaay down and there's an election coming up. He is still completely horrible.
This news actually makes Santorum look worse. Not only is he a Theocon, he's a hypocritical Theocon. The only reason he's flipped on this issue is because he's 20 points behind his future Senate opponent with a year to go before the election.
