DHS hates Bush as much as we do!
How can illegal wiretapping be a bad thing when it leads to such cool gossip? Ok, so like this DHS guy (look at the picture in the article, he's all old and gross) was talking on the phone, and he totally said Bush was a nob, and a liar and stuff.
Also, he thought he was having a sexual conversation with a 14-year-old-girl, which, last time I checked, was illegal.* Trust CNN to focus on what's really important.
*Unless you live in Colorado, in which case, chat away, perv.

Ah, Geez Martha! Will Bush never be held accountable for his transgressions?
Anyway, on the Colorado thing, there has to be a tax incentive for the reason they legalized under-age marriage. I'll have to get out my Sherlock magnifying glass and look into it.
BTW, you write interesting stuff.
Thanks, penguin! I'm counting on you to do some super-investigative-style journalism on the Colorado child brides!
So far, all I've been able to find is that Colorado's laws are based on English law. Yep, good ol' Britain.
So, the judge that said it was OK for 12-year old girls to enter into common law marriage. I got this from http://jurist.law.pitt.edu: "Colorado law requires a person to be 18 to marry, or 16 to marry with parental or judicial approval, but Colorado is also one of ten states that recognizes English common-law marriages. The appellate court did not set a minimum age for common-law marriage in Colorado, but noted that English common-law appears to set the minimum marriage age at 14 for males and 12 for females."
So, there is your does of judicial double-speak for the day.
I'll keep looking.
