OK, I don't get it.

But, I do have an update on the Colorado marriage thing...more legal double-speak:

"It appears that Colorado has adopted the common-law age of consent for marriage as 14 for a male and 12 for a female, which existed under English common law," the ruling said. "Nevertheless, we need only hold here that a 15-year-old female may enter into a valid common-law marriage."

Thanks, penguin! It's wonderful that Colorado has decided to adopt the statutes of English Common Law word-for-word. I hear there are some great sections regarding the treatment of serfs, too. Sheesh. I still think the polygamists are behind this somehow.

As for the book, well, it's always seemed to me that MOST scholarly books were just full of random graphs. It was gratifying to finally see some truth in advertising.
